Love, love, love to sew!!! For years made apparel, then 2 years ago got into quilting. Of late have developed a big interest in designer fabric and making things for home.and purses/totes. Like Heather Ross, Denyse Schmidt , Heather Bailey, etc. Unfortunately my fabric stash grows with not enough time to do things with it....... Love lime and sage green, aqua/turquoise,red, and orange/yellow. Currently into turquoise/red combo. Don't like character fabrics, dark civil war calicos or batiks-like bright, full of life colors. Have recently started to develop a more modern style-love linen/fabric combos. Love the outdoors- have a real attachment to the Southwest where I lived for 2 years. Enjoy spending time with my 2 fairly grown kids.
