I've had a love affair with photography for 50 years starting off with a simple Kodak and then on to a Minolta SRT-101 in 1972. I've had multiple Nikons and Canons over the years, but I always new that I would end up with Leica. When I was learning to use the Minolta, I would sometimes visit Norvell's Camera Exchange at the Francis Marion Hotel in Charleston SC. They sold quality cameras that were out of reach to a young teenager, but a definite impression was cast. I bought my first Leica, a Minilux in 1998, and over the last few years have transitioned to a Leica S007 medium format camera and an SL and a Q. the thing about the S is that there is a ton of data in the files, and the lenses are superb. The system also allows the use of Hasselblad HC lenses with the S to H adaptor. The HC glass has a unique perspective and also makes beautiful images.
