Hi I'm Michael.

Before I started teaching myself photography and oil painting I was an engineering student and then an engineer for a few years but I've always enjoyed the creative aspect of life, be that art and design to fixing and building engineering machinery.

After starting wedding photography to help a friend out I really found so much joy in finding a nice photo while out and about or on a wedding shoot, while oil painting was something that I decided 'hey I want to be even MORE creative' than just with photography. So here I am trying to pursue the idea of being creative.

Whereas at work I would fix something and that was it, as a wedding photographer I found true pleasure in seeing how happy the clients were with the photos I took for them on their very special day. With weddings I can give something to a couple that they can enjoy for years and years to come. NOW that is work satisfaction.
