I was fortunate enough to be able to retire some while ago, and this has allowed me to pursue my transport interests, notably photography and model making, to an extent that would have otherwise been impossible.

Whilst I include both aeroplanes and buses in my range, it is railways that have absorbed the bulk of my attention. As well as covering the UK, I have also travelled quite extensively in central & eastern Europe, southern Africa and the USA, and would hope to add scans of these trips to the website as time permits.
