FIGMENT is a free annual interactive art event on NYC's Governor's Island, with sculpture, installations, dance, music, children's activities and more. figmentproject.org/

While the sculpture and artist designed minigolf remain in place all summer, the main art event lasts for only one weekend. This year, nearly 25,000 people attended FIGMENT, and we hope to see you and your art there next year.

Figment is not for profit, free to all, and accepts no corporate sponsorship, so there are no logos and nothing event-related is for sale. In addition, the entire event is organized and staffed by volunteers, no salaries are paid, and all of the funds raised goes to make art and bring it to the Island.
