I created a buttercream bear cake for my son's first birthday. The next year I wanted to do one better, so thought i'd give fondant and go. I made my first fondant cake in Feb 2010 for Valentine's day. Since then I've made a few more for family occasions and love doing it.

Working full time and having a very active 2 year old, I haven't had a chance to take any lessons yet. Hopefully will get to do one one day!
