Welcome to the Flickr page for the Little Legs for Life (LLFL) Caterham Event - a fun run event for children in aid of Cancer Research UK.

Little Legs for Life was the brainchild of a group of Mums from Walton in Surrey whose children wanted to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. The Mums had recently lost a dear friend to cancer and organised the first Little Legs for Life event...amazingly they raised over £15,000 and were stunned by the support they received.

In 2010, more groups of Cancer Research UK volunteers are organising LLFL events and are hoping to raise vital funds to help fund research. www.cancerresearchuk.org/

A BIG THANKYOU to all the fabulous children who took part in Little Legs for Life on the 6th June 2010. They all entered in the spirit of things and we do hope that everyone enjoyed the day.

Another BIG THANKYOU must go to all the VOLUNTEERS who organised the event and especially Jane and the LLFL committee.

Who knows, perhaps we may organise another LLFL in 2011??? Watch this space!
