I like folk art and folk music and folks.

I usually have paper schnittles and scraps and pieces of ribbon and a needle or two on the desk around my keyboard. And a cold cup of coffee.

I smile a lot. I talk with my hands. I've been known to smack random people behind or next to me by accident when I am wildly gesturing. I dance with my kids in the kitchen when a good song comes on.

I love cheesecake. And Salt.
