After several years of working in Corporate America, for companies such as Bank of America, TXU Energy, Menlo Logistics Worldwide, and several Non Profit Organizations, a clear decision was made to utilize the skills learned in corporate accounting, as a banking sales manager, in business acquisition and in retail sales marketing to create the company Intrinsic. The mission of Intrinsic is to educate and facilitate services that support the development of business for all industries.

Intrinsic is known for the quick formulation of strategic resolutions and business problem solving. The mindset of Miss Raiford is to create value for both the company and the consumers who are being targeted for the sales of products. This has made her and several of her clients successful in their campaigns. Since 2008 she has taken her company on a move towards Global business with very strong concentration in Music, Film, Philanthropy and Art. Projects developed by Intrinsic have allowed its partners the opportunity to gain exposure as well as accolades and awards presented in areas of branding and advertising.
