Mixed media/found object/trash artist based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Older artist statement:

My fingers are my brushes. The calluses form trying to transfer my words to the canvas. Additives such as metal, toilet parts, paper, ink, garbage, the dirt beneath my fingernails, and blood create three-dimensionality upon the layers of oil. I abuse the materials until they model my vision.

I do not follow the (un)spoken rules of painting. The composition means much less than the process. I dislike the wasting of materials, so any and all leftovers, scrapings, pulp residues, and/or much of which is near me becomes incorporated into the work. I do not like leaving one color behind, so I attempt to use all of them at least a little. I do not want the popular tubes of paint to make fun of the unpopular one(s)- I avoid that drama.

An artist is one who creates for others- who creates without sincerity. It implies a mastery of a skill. That is impossible. I am a believer, a dream, a student of art- whatever art might be.

My art signifies rapidity excluding carelessness, but with an increase of political force. It is an emotional detonation. It is a pure reflection of my brain. It is not only me but everyone I know.
