Hello World!

I'm a newbie from Manchester in the UK. New to photography and new to Flickr. What a brilliant source of inspiration this place is!

I got my first DSLR in October '09. I was on a budget, so managed to get a second hand Nikon D80. I also bought a Tamron 10-24mm wide angle lens. Since then I have picked up a D5000, several lenses and a selection of filters and strobes! I love landscape and nature, and can't take enough photos!

I never cease to be amazed by the imagination, consideration and quality of some of the imagery here. It's pure inspiration to me. The kind and generous responses that I have received from contacts, I have contacted, is truely astonishing. If you want to more learn about photography. This is THE place. Thanks to All.
