Hi, I'm Andy.

I have been interested in road and rail transport since I was young. I left school in 1983 to work on the railway, and after a a six month period as a booking lad in Tonbridge signal box, i trained as a signalman, (my first and favourite box being Etchingham on the Hastings line). I have been doing the same job ever since. Around this time, I began taking photographs (mostly in and around the Kent / Sussex area on which I have always worked) and now, as time permits, I intend to share some of my favourites by putting them on Flickr for others to see.
