I have always been fascinated with nature and its' treasures. I am particularly attracted to Color. Even as a child, I was impressed with my mother's beautiful garden and I still have a visual memory of every beautiful flower. Early on, I always had my camera with me. My first camera was a Brownie box camera. My friends couldn't escape my eagerness to photograph them and our activities. Thankfully, digital technology has brought us a long way from the black and white rolls of film.

As a member of Audubon Society of the Everglades, I have great opportunities to see a variety of birds and different venues with great friends. I am also registered with Birdingpal.org where I can host out-of-town visitors and show them our fabulous birding areas in South Florida.

Birds, flowers, butterflies, animals and scenery are my photography interests. I am grateful to live in South Florida surrounded by nature and great opportunities to meet many other photographers.
