I studied photography in college and wound up being a writer.

I came upon Flicker when searching for images needed to create covers for my ebooks. The talent here is staggering. I began to take things apart, put them back together, and layer, and think about how to make images work for what my mind's eye wanted to see. If people would like to use them, I encourage their own artistry or creativity.
