Describe yourself....
I like taking pictures and shooting them on film. If you think my subjects are boring, keep in mind that I am shooting with the 200+ cameras in my collection and trying out as many different films as possible. And my subjects are eclectic because I live in one of the most boring landscapes on the face of the Earth. But, like I said, I love taking pictures!
Right now, the project I'm working on is to use each one of the cameras that are in my collection, plus a few that I let slip away. I started at the very beginning with the first camera I ever got - a broken Kodak 35 RF, made in 1948. I got it to work and that's what started me out on my photography journey. Each day, I've been posting one image from the next camera from my collection, in the order I acquired them. Some of them are broken, some of them were broken when I got them, but where there's a will, sometimes there's a way to get an image out of them.
Another one of my goals is to shoot with as many different brands of film as I can. I like to specialize in store branded films. The main problem with store brands is they stopped making them several years ago. So, most any brand I find is most likely long-expired. Sometimes, if you try real hard, though, you can still coax an image out of the old film.
