Jim arrived in the Turks and Caicos Islands in 1974. After purchasing his first properties in South Caicos he eventually started a real estate development project in Providenciales in 1978. Originally a developer/contractor from Canada, Jim has worked hard to promote close ties between the two countries. After several development projects in Providenciales, Jim is now a successful real estate agent which provides him the opportunity to regale his clients and anyone who’ll listen with stories of the islands.
