What's Button Up?

Button Up is a Pinback Button store run by "Four Wonder Students", to raise money for their sponsor charity, World Wildlife Fund Canada.

"Four Wonder Students":

We are Rachel Wong, Jessica Yeung, Cherrie Lam, and Annie Cheng, Grade 11 students this year, at Steveston-London Secondary School, located in a suburb of Vancouver, Canada. We are currently participating in the “Impact Microcredit Competition” sponsored by studentawards.com.

The contest is one that is based on the concept of microloans and we basically get $100 to start off our project idea and 10 days to make as much of a profit as we can. All the proceeds from our project will go towards the charity of our choice, in this case, World Wildlife Fund Canada. This contest takes place from April 21st to 30th and involves 500 teams of high school students across Canada. More information can be obtained from www.impactmicrocredit.com.

Our project idea is selling customized button pins. We offer three different categories of button pins for sale: generic predesigned, design-your-own, and Custom-Made. These pins can be preordered and will be sold from April 21st to 30th, 2010. All pins will be delivered out to customers by the latest, May 5th, 2010.
