I have been quilting since 2005. It is the only thing I've stuck with long enough to get reasonablly good at it. I spent the first few years making traditional quilts which is like practicing your scales. Then the 1st quilt I embellished won at the Pacific International Quilt Festival. That led me to making fabric ATC's which were like miniature (2 1/2 X 31/2) art quilts. I liked making my own designs and embellishing them.

Today I am mostly making miniatures which led me to paper piecing. Who knows where I'll go next. There is always some new technique to learn... it's an art form that keeps on giving...
