Former tech entrepreneur, I recently supported the Zimbabwe Women's Microfinance Bank with their array of programmes for up 200,000 women and youth smallholders. I also very supportive of castor bean production in Mozambique for eventual biofuel use, as well Black Soldier Fly larvae production for alternative protein in livestock feeds to reduce fish meal use. Married, four grown up children.
I mostly use a Canon 5DSR. My walk-around lens is now a Canon 100 mm 2.8 Macro L.
A lot of what I photograph involves marginal light conditions and I am particularly fond of photographing insects. Inquiries to: melissaahorsley@gmail.com
