I am a Colorado artist and art teacher who specializes in outdoor, landscape, and wildlife art. My wife, daughter and I live on the beautiful front range with a great view of the Rocky Mountains. As teachers, we spend much of our summer vacation time in the mountains hiking, fishing and enjoying the great outdoors. This provides me with an abundance of artistic inspiration which I strive to capture in my paintings, drawings and photos. My primary medium is drawing and painting, however, I'm expanding my skill and understanding of photography through my adventures climbing and hiking Colorado's 14ers and 13ers (mountains that reach a height of more than 14,000 ft above sea level).

I believe that God is 'the great artist' and any efforts that we make to create or copy His glory only pale in comparison to the greatness of His beauty and light. It is my hope that all things I do in life can be done in a manner that honors and glorifies Him.
