When i was 12 i went to Paris with my school,we took a trip to the great Louvre and there was my first experience of real art.

I think my love affair with early century artist started that day although it is only in the past ten years i have been reading about their life's and works

 

I love TRAIL BY JURY,OR LAYING DOWN THE LAW by Edwin Landseer,1840,oil on canvas,hanging in hatsworth House, Derby shire.

The reason i love this painting is the attention to detail he put to the 11 plus dog breeds, brilliant

 

I also love Van Gogh.I find his work fascinating.I have reproduced 12 of his works and I am delighted how they turned out .

 

I have a great love for the animal world,no love like the love of a pet.

 

In 2010/11 i found pastels and loved the medium so much i decided to learn how to draw/paint animals.

 

Currently working on progression with oils ,

 

I have made some fantastic flickr friends who help me,i want to send my Love&Light to you all.

 

There is only one thing left to say now!
