Essentially, I'm a beginner in photography. In the fall of 2009 I fell in love with architecture and started taking photos of home and commercial architecture with my Samsung S860 point and shoot.

I joined a photo club in May 2010 and now I have a Samsung TL500.

I am intrigued by macro shots, beautiful colors, and rusty objects.

Our club's latest competition was patterns. Upcoming topics are door and windows, then circles. Most of the members favor landscapes, so I am an oddball. I love the sense of community that I get from Flickr.
