Holiday Movie Challenge
Drag to set position!
I have an obscene love for TV movies - especially the bad ones. Combine that with my Christmas season obsession and you have my favorite time of the year - Christmas TV movie season!
If the horrible Santa-shows-up-in-disguise-and-shows -a-bitter-divorcee-the-Christmas-spirit-and-oh-by-the-way-here's-a-new-love-interest-you-might-as-well-get-married movies are my crack, then the i-know-we're-enemies-but-we're-snowed-in-together-at-christmas-so-lets-be-friends/lovers-yay! movies are my smack.
I don't just sit around and watch them, I usually have cocktails, too. And cook - my freezer is full after a good run of holiday movies.
It's a running joke in the Holiday Movie Whore house that I'll watch any Christmas movie no matter how bad, so this year I decided to challenge myself to watch 100 hours of Christmas movies on TV. Unfortunately they can't all be of the delicious made for TV variety, since I'm not sure they'll show enough and I'm not always sure from whence they came (there were some really crappy movies released in theatres!) I'll probably include some TV specials, too, of the Rudolph & Charlie Brown variety.
My plan is to take a picture at the start of each movie and post that here with a little description. I'll try to update regularly, but I have not internet at home (I know - so '90's! We're retro. Or cheap) so we'll see.
