You can’t use my photos commercially without asking my permission and paying me accordingly.

 

Also, I’m considering my photo being stolen when people remove my name from the photo. I don’t put big ugly watermarks on my photos because I want people truly enjoy them but this is not an invitation to cut off my name altogether. If you share my photos on any social network, my name MUST stay on, otherwise I’ll treat you as a thief with all the unpleasant consequences. In addition to guaranteed legal issues, I’d like to remind that karma really exists and what goes around, comes around…

 

Besides stealing, I find it’s kind of disrespectful when people comment on my photos attaching the links leading to their own work. I’m sure your photos are great but this is MY Flickr and such parasitic behavior is not welcome here. The comments with the unceremonious self-promotion will be deleted, eventually. Depending on circumstances, there is a high probability that you’ll be banned from my Flickr as well. No hard feelings whatsoever…
