RED EGG THEATER is a company producing original, experimental, and daring adaptation work. The company was founded in 2008 by Gina Marie Hayes in order to strengthen ties between UCSC Theater Arts, Cabrillo College, and Monterey Bay Area theater companies.

Red Egg is a 501(c)3 under an umbrella agreement with the Santa Cruz Actor's Theatre.
