I mainly use DA (DeviantArt), as I've been a user since Beta. You know, before it all went downhill. You can still find me there, however infrequently. I am under the username of Seiko--the pen name I've used since becoming an artist.

I'm an unlikely artist without any natural born talent. When I began I couldn't draw stick people right. Talent is born, skill is earned. It takes hard work.

Even so, determination alone will get you nowhere. You need supportive friends who, even when they think your work is crap, will tell you it's great and how much you're really improving. Sometimes those white lies can propel you forward when you're at your lowest and keep you from giving up, letting you go on to reach your potential.

For those who only add me in hopes I'll add them back, I don't do that. I ONLY watch those whose work I enjoy seeing and want to continue to see more of in the future.

Please: Do not ask me to watch you. Do not repeatedly watch and un-watch and rewatch me in hopes that the annoying flood of 'so-and-so is following you!' will make me want to return the favor. I won't. In fact, I'll just become annoyed and it'll make me avoid your work like the plague.
