I am a wife, mother, teacher, engineer, fledgling photographer, designer, bookworm and sometimes short-order cook. I am a true DIYer...I am interested in lots of things which lead me off down several rabbit holes tinkering and experimenting. I will try most things at least once because I view my life as one big, perpetual learning experience. That makes me a perpetual student of sorts...so I'm always wearing many, many hats. A little chaotic sometimes but I kinda like it that way....most of the time.

My current interests are learning to be the best mom that I can to my 15-month old son and making lots of jewelry...which I don't get to do as much as I'd like in the short term since I've been busy trying to grow my jewelry as a part-time business while being a mom...that means building my website, marketing, and cleaning dirty diapers in between learning how to take good photos of my work, etc. Back to the wearing many hats....

I love my life and my family. I love to create and I love the entire creative process. As long as I can make or learn something each day, I'm extremely happy. Anything else I'm blessed with is just gravy...
