I've been making these clothespin dolls since I was twelve. That was over 30 years ago. I used to bring them to the local mall and walk around selling my creations until I was too old to escape the radar of the local mall cops and was kicked out. From there I went door-to-door. It never made sense to me to create any work of art only to hide it in my own house where only the few visitors I have are able to enjoy it. What a waste of time and effort. Art is useless unless there are people enjoying it. That’s why I have looked for as many avenues as I could find to get my work out for everybody to enjoy. The Internet has by far been the best venue to share my work. So here are many of my designs (some 30 years old, some only 1 year old). To learn more about me and my art, google Montanye Arts.
