Taggers are psychopaths. They are social blites with no conscience. There is no defence for their behaviour although some psychologist will come up with a syndrome of some type. I see them as social rejects, failures in school, from broken homes, and looking for an identiy. They paint their nails, wear long hair, probably need a bath. Some might say they are neat , tidy and clean blending into the cosey upscale neighbourhoods of the SW but if that is true they would be playing the panhandling gig downtown. You will more likely find them hanging around back lanes, railroad bridges, warehouse districts or on their way home along a quiet fenced neighourhood in the dark with a tin of spray paint. Lets stamp the tins and have them traced to the stores they are bought. That way we can tag the kid as he buys it. Don't forget older people who can't get a job so they fill there boredom with getting high on paint trips through out the city.
