I love just about any kind of creative work. I work mostly in clay, but I also like small metal work and now painting. I do a little bit of writing.
I also love to do paper crafting with my mom and sister. Back when I was a poor college student and before I had embraced all these other mediums, paper was the inexpensive and ubiquitous material I could take my creativity out on. I started out doing origami as a kid, then started using rubber stamps. In college I started learning bookmaking techniques. It's been amazing to see how the scrapbooking industry has exploded with so many different kinds of printed papers, embellishments, and tools. These days my favorite paper crafting tool is--by far--my Silhouette.
