Naresh Kadyan, Master in Mass Communication and Journalism along with Post Graduate Diploma in the same field. Ha has been Duty Magistrate and now in Faridabad as a District Khadi and Village Industries Officer.

He is the founder Chairman of the People for Animals ( PFA ) Haryana, running ambulance and a shelter for animals in distress around Delhi in Haryana.

Gandhian ideologist, philosopher and social reformer Naresh Kadyan nominated as a Indian representative of the UN affiliated the International Organisation for Animal Protection - OIPA.
