Just one of those guys who has had a passion for trains since I was young. I grew up in Albert Lea Minnesota, before moving to Grand Forks, ND to attend college. I gradated from the University of North Dakota with degree in Civil Engineering. I spent almost 5 years working the oilfields in western North Dakota as a Construction Engineer and Project Manager, before taking a brief one year stint with Union Pacific Railroad as an Operations Manager. The railroad life wasn't what I thought it would be, and I ended up gravitating back to the roadway side of the world, and currently am in north Iowa working For Mitchell County Iowa as the Assistant County Engineer.
