Ivan M. Vazquez, a 3rd generation general contractor, founded Finishing Touches in 2005. Growing up, Ivan along with his four brothers, spent their summers and weekends working with their father building and managing custom homes and commercial buildings. Even though his father's company was very successful, Ivan had aspirations to establish a name and reputation for himself. Having met many people throughout the years, Ivan hand picked a team of highly skilled individuals to start his own company.

Finishing Touches is now a fast growing construction company as a result of what we most value: the trust, loyalty and respect of our clients. Finishing Touches strives to deliver top quality projects, safely, on time and on budget. Finishing Touches has also made it vital within the heart of the company to instill the five uncompromising values: integrity, accountability, high performance, teamwork and the value of people.

Although the scope of our work is wide, we specialize in remodeling homes, but more specifically kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, and offices. The range of our clients have also varied from private home owners to property management companies to realtors.

Our company is based in the Sacramento area, but we have worked with many customers in Elk Grove, Galt, Davis, Carmichael, Fair Oaks, El Dorado Hills, Woodland, Lodi, Stockton, and Davis.
