I love seeing the creativity of others, I love seeing how they customize their dolls and playsets, create dioramas, build furniture, it shows me what's possible and inspires me to do the same.

With all the incredible dolls that Mattel has been releasing, especially the Basic's Jeans line, I found a whole new world of doll collecting!!! And with the help and advice of some truly wonderful people that I've met on Flickr, I was able to customize my own personal set of dolls. Each one as unique and as special as I wanted them to be.

I currently have 3 Iplehouse dolls, SID Claude, Felix and Barahan, all are on the NYID boy body which I prefer. Definitely a change since these dolls are so much larger. So a new chapter has started in my doll collecting journey.

But, it's not about quantity or who has the best dolls. It's about having fun!!! And as long as it makes you happy, especially if it makes you smile, then it's worth it!!!
