I'm an amature hack that has had some good luck getting some shots published (including the front page of the SMH and Melboure Age).

I am a Canon snob and feel that anyone hanging out for a Nikon body that is as good as Canons will be waiting a long time (yes Miss E I'm talking about you).

I am also a lens snob and have decided long ago that less better quality lenses are better than more crappy lenses.

I also feel that the current digital cameras do not match the colour saturation of good tranny film.
