Hi, welcome.
Strongly attracted to pictorialism style, I am continuously seeking a result which could mimic this beautiful painterly look.
I never really quit film and darkroom work. The digital era brought many qualities to the tools involved. I really enjoyed using those tools but, for me, film brings more excitement when comes the time to go out shooting. When I come back, there is a magic involved in the darkroom. The patience needed to wait for the final result brings a lot to me. I recently discovered some alternative processes such Lith printing when combined with the right paper help me to achieve the look that I was seeking since a long time. I love the mystery and dreamy look that come out from those papers...Creating photographs with film enables creativity in a different form. To me, the reaction of a living material, the manipulation and output is a complete chain reaction.
The unsharp pictures, moving and multiple exposures are also a great fave of mine.
