Regarding swap information - I really appreciate someone who takes the time to get to 'know' me and then go from there. I like for my partner to have free reign on design and see what they come up with. It's more fun that way!

Regarding fabrics, Bonnie & Camille, Denise Schmidt Flea Market Fancy,, Kate Spain, PamKittyMorning, Heather Bailey, Heather Ross, Tasha Noel, Natalie Lymer (Cinderberry Stitches) and Lori Holt, Laurie Wisbrun, I aslo love linen and cotton/linen blends. I LOVE text fabrics! Low volume with pops of saturated color make me very happy.

I love cherries and strawberries in fabrics and also dainty flowers and polka dots. (Lecein Flower Sugar fabrics for example)

Least favorite - not a big fan of dark, muted fabric, crazy bright fabric, or batiks. I'm really not fond of browns or purples. Kaffe Fasset is my least favorite. I don't like an all over scrappy look (reminds me of scrap vomit to put it mildly), but do like scrappy mixed with solid. Not a huge fan of the bear paw, or anything southwest looking.

The bottom line is I'm a Bonnie & Camille instead of Anna Maria Horner. (however, I do love AMH in rainbow effects...beautiful!!)

I do like a bit of whimsy stitchery, whether it be with a free motion foot, or embroidery. I love birds, hedgehogs, mushrooms, flowers, gnomes, etc. I think you can do a lot of cute things with those. I love pinwheels, quilt as you go, circles, stars. I also love fussy cut items, patchwork. I love wonky stars & the economy block too.

I like rainbow colors, aqua & red, aqua & lime, or aqua & orange color combos. Love vibrant colors with text fabrics. So basically any color used other than those listed in my 'least' favorite description are free range! Feel free to also look at my favorite photos for some color combinations.

I LOVE Aurifil thread (I would love to add more 12 wt colors to my thread stash), buttons, ribbon, clover clips, frixion pens, anything vintage and scraps.

ISO I love the kerchief girl. I have her in blue, but would love any other color to add to my stash! Especially pink!! I think I would die if I could have some pink kerchief girl in my stash!

Fun Facts - I have a crazy crush on Gerard Butler. My hubby is OK with that. I LOVE milk chocolate with nuts & sea salt dark chocolate caramels. I love funny quotes with bad words. :)

So there you have it! I truly enjoy meeting others in the quilty/crafty world and have met some amazing people on Flickr. I also enjoy viewing others photography (though I'm not the best photographer myself), I do enjoy the beauty of what others see through the lense.
