- Enquiries and viewings. Expert advise to the purchasers and help them to understand the complete purchase procedure. Finance, project manager, taxation and solicitor.

- Managing / represent negotiations with the vendors/purchasers are important aspects of my services. I ensure that the quality of the offer is in line with the market ( Keep up to date with the Mallorca market trends ).

- Closing process assistance including notary ( Finalise sales with the signing of the Title Deeds ).
