I started painting in October 2009 at the age of 56. I had never painted before and have had no formal training, which I dare say shows. I had no expectations of producing anything worthwhile, but I am enjoying painting with oils on canvas. My family and friends have been very complimentary, but I would now like to get some unbiassed feedback. I live in Pembrokeshire, Wales, which is a beautiful part of the world and offers plenty of scope for subject matter.
