I love fabric .. in a "i wanna marry it" kinda way. I love mixing the newer designers with linen and I have been really into red and orange lately (and these mixed together are fun!!). I also really like blue and grey mixed or blue and orange ... or red and blue ... : )

I started quilting about 3 years ago, but did sew a lot when I was a teenager. I have now started making the occasional piece of clothing, and I also making bags! I think my newest obsession is SWAPPNG - LOVE THIS!! My dining room has been taken over as my "studio".

Flickr is such an awesome place for inspriation, and I have met some really great people here.

Even with all the love ... there are a few fabrics that I am not a huge fan of. I don't particularly like:

- civil war or reproduction fabrics

- pastel colours

- over the top novelty fabrics (although I love Heather Ross so that is a bit of a contradicion??)
