I live in Portland Ore.and work as a Spanish interpreter.I enjoy gardening and keeping up with my Spanish Studies.Interpreting is in high demand these days.My work takes me all over Northren Oregon ,so I try to get in some time with my minolta.I began taking photos on micological forays for edible fungus to remember the positive identification for future outings.Over time specimen Photography increased the fun of making a good or rare find.

In earlier days I was able to travel Central America and lived a lifestyle that was in the extreme and the few cameras I had and finished photos were devoured by tropical conditions.
