Carleatha's assignment is to be real and truthful by helping people deal with everyday issues of the heart and mind without sugar-coating and band-aiding the situation with the love of God - being transparent with integrity. Her brand of teaching comes from having “The Heart of a Teacher,” which was developed through her own life experiences and those she so dearly care for. As a result, her passion with compassion was birthed to be a driving and motivating force to pursue her love in writing and speaking to people.

Devine Publications started out as a text ministry, in April 2009, reaching about 350 people, after relocating to the Houston area, in October 2008, where Carleatha resides with her son, Daniel. She is currently a college student in the Lone Star College System with deeps hopes in furthering her education to Doctorate in the field of Psychology. She is a proud native of Beaumont, Texas, and a member of Grace Church of Humble, where she is a faithful member, Prayer Partner, a Facilitator for Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University, and also on The Serve Team, where she does volunteer work in the Greater Houston area.
