A distorted reality embracing the random through confusion that is executed with disguise.

My art is explored through fabric because of its versatile and tactile qualities. I am constantly surprised by the different ways I can manipulate and create textiles. I use garments as a means of communication because of my interest in the seductive shape I can create around a body. By manipulating different types of fabric I reach textures that are rich and expressive in their qualities. I love to deal in excess. By exaggerating my ideas I achieve a look that is not only representative of the inspiration I have in mind, but also takes that idea to another level through fabric. This ends in a substantial, heavily worked and meticulously thought out garment that, through layer upon layer, achieves its ultimate conceptual being.
