There is a place between Chaos and Order, a place that neither makes sense nor suffers from pandemonium. It's a slight place- one step one way or the other send you tumbling into one world or the other. It's from this edge that Wendy's best work comes from- the pieces I have no words for but can get lost in for hours, trying to find some rhyme or reason. And just as I give up, concede to the photograph's reality, a connection is formed and some meaning gleaned. There is Order in her Chaos, but entropy is prevalent even in those structures.
