Well it has been just over a year since I got my first DSLR as a Christmas gift from my parents and I have to say I am so happy to own it. I always loved photography, and when I had graduated from high school I actually wanted to take a photography program. My Dad had talked me out of it, believing that digital will make it harder for photographers and I took a different path in life. Now in the last four months I have dived head first into photography....reading and learning as much as I can. And thanks to Flickr and all the nice people I have met along the way, I am slowly learning all the wonderful things I can do with my camera. I would also have to say thanks to my husband, as he has been my biggest cheerleader and pushed me to start taking more photos.
