Ietef Hotep Vita aka "DJ CaveM" of the hip-hop group "Moetavation" is an all-around "B-Boy" utilizing his gifts to serve as an: "O-G"-organic gardener, MC, educator, graffiti guru, breakdancer, world traveler, and award-winning community arts activist. As a cultural worker born and raised in Denver, CO, Ietef continues to develop his interests and career in audio engineering and music business by working with producers and artists such as: Dead Prez, Bun-B, and The Flobots. Vita is a lead-trainer at Blue and Yellow Logic where he works to bring together local and national artists, nutritionists and activist to engage youth and educators in creative social change, and has coordinated panels and workshops on hip-hop and environmental justice for the Denver Public School system, Metro State College of Denver, and the Denver Green Festival. He has played with artists such as Talib Kweli, K'naan, and Gil Scott Heron, and has performed internationally in Burkina Faso, West Africa, Paris, London, and Amsterdam. His latest LP "Deep Rokc" will be released in March 2010.
