I am 58 years young...mind also..hehe.. I have 2 children, a daughter who just turned 31 and a son who is going to be 21. I have been married for just about 32 years. I work as a customer relations consultant for a major airline. In my spare time and actually even in my not so spare time I crochet or knit as therapy for my hands. I have RA and CREST which so far hasn't taken away my ability to craft. I live in Peterborough, Canada.
I taught myself to crochet at 16 after the death of my grannie, who was going to teach me. I have been knitting since about age 9.

She can create almost anything with her crocheting and knitting and I haven't even started to talk about her baking! Pumpkin tea bread is my all time fav! One of my favourite memories is when she used to take me to her 1st apartment for weekends when I was little. We'd grocery shop and she'd cook and bake! Yeah! At a time in her life when most people her age would have brushed a 10 or 11 year old kid off, she always had time for me. Now it's my turn. I'll call and e-mail much more. I promise!
