Presented here, for the prudent oversight of her Majesty and Mr. Prime Minister, are the last scattered records of the Department initiative. While both the gate and the tether have been destroyed, it is the opinion of the most esteemed surviving members of the Department that Panopolis and it's sundry prefectures were unaffected by the White Light project, and may once again become accessible in the future. As such, it is the hope of all Agents that Parliament can be convinced to continue Department funding for this foreseeable eventuality.
