I was born too late. I think maybe in a past life, if there are past lives, I was a content, modern 1950's suburban housewife whose life was cut short in her happy prime. I feel as though i've missed the most wonderful times. I just love that era.....the late 40's to the mid 60's.....the clothes, hair, colors, cars, architecture, design of most everything....like space-age ice-crushers and coasters and vinyl infused with metallic tinsel-like threads. What I wouldn't give to live then....in a contemporary tract house in the rolling green hills of suburbia, with a two-tone station wagon in the carport. It was the best time ever, and I missed out on it!
