I am a photographer based in Chester, North West England, an area of the UK blessed with some amazing countryside and coastline, and a strong industrial heritage, all of this influences my photographs.

I love being out and about with my digital SLR camera, it's amazing how the light changes, you can re visit the same place, and every time you go back, it looks completely different, I try to capture the beauty of the landscape through photography.

Using a modern (Nikon) DSLR, I have only, in the last few years, rediscovered my passion for photography, and in particular black and white fine art work. I remember back in my student days reading and being knocked out by the amazing work of Michael Kenna and Josef Hoflehner, looking back now, it was these images that made a lasting impression on me.
